Moving a camellia and a hibiscus-advice please

I've planted them too close together and now need to move one back and one to the side. The camellia's in full flower so I imagine I should wait til that's finished? The hibiscus flowers late summer but is beginning to sprout green now. When should I be OK to move that or should I wait til the end of the flowering period this year?

Penny I have a hibiscus growing in my garden and it was about 6' tall (until I cut it back a bit) so they do nees some space.Don't try to move a shrub whilst it is in bloom, the shocj might harm the plant.Good luck.
