Abadan restaurant Northfields Avenue

Has anyone noticed there is a notice in the window of this closed restaurant saying there are vacancies at Rubik's restaurant.  Anyone know if there is going to be a Rubik's restaurant here, the Pizza and Pasta restaurant that was there before Abadan is sadly missed

Abadan was hearty good inexpensive fare and popular with Asian familes. I was sad to see it go.

Not sure about Rubioks but the italian there was very average. Better pasta at Teracotta and better pizza at momento
