Re repairs
I am disabled and I have a wet room and a sit down shower I live in a council house so the work was done by ealing council a few years ago now I will get to the point on the 11th january I had the repairs dept. come to see about my shower seat which is broken and said it needed a new one after two weeks I gave them a ring to see what was happening they told me I would have to get in touch with kier so I did and they told me that there where wait on the council to give them the goer head so I left for another two weeks and tried to get through to the repairs office I rang four times on monday tuesday wednesday and thursday and was on the phone for at least over 10 Mins each time I got hold of them today at last after being on the phone for about 20 Min. and then only to be told that they was waiting for the report to come back from Kier what the hell is going on at the council office if you had a really serious problem and where on your own what would do I think something needs to be sorted out the labor controlled council said things would be much better under them Ha I don't thing so
