I removed all my cookies using Firefox Preferences. I go to Ealing site and log on giving my new email address but the LOG ON button at the bottom left hand side does not change colour to bright blue Log Off.Am I permanently logged on I wonder?

Your computer has probably retained the logon 'cookie' (the little text file 'buried' on your computer) which tracks the sites that you visit and enables sites to recognise you.It is a good idea to 'flush' cookies periodically. If you don't know how to do this, post in thread and I will let you know.

Maybe I have the magic touch and I posted my other message about Ealing Centre without logging on as well. Hm-m-m.Here is how I did it. I logged on using my old email, updated my details and then it would not accept me. So I logged off which means clicking 'Log Off' at least 22 times (no joke) to do just that. This happens to me on the other fora as well. Gr-r-r-! Then I clicked the reply button for the thread,  posted  my other message in the reply box and Presto!If this message gets through it has done so without logging on.
