If you mean Bramley Road Open Space, it is being landscaped as part of the overall redevelopment of this area. The idea it to make it more attractive and accessible to increase its use and to integrate it with Northfields Library and the new Log Cabin Children's Centre on the site. Public consultation took place last year.
