Drayton Green lighting

Does anyone know who to contact at the council about improving the lighting on Drayton green? My wife picks up my daughter from nursery and the path at the back of the green has no lighting at all and there are sometimes some dodgy characters around.

Luke, There have been problems with faulty lighting within the park before and Cybertots recommended we got in touch with Cllr Popham which a lot of parents did at the time and he did sort it out. Thanks Anne Marie. Don't think it's private land. I emailed the council and, shock horror, they're not helpful at all. I've emailed Steve Pound instead.
