Top Cat

I really hope that the kind couple that knocked on our door this evening with the sad news that our cat had been killed by a car watch this forum.Had it not been for their kindness we would not have known what had happened and would have been searching in vain.They had obviously spent some time, not only covering the body but also going door to door, looking for the owner, upset as I was at the time I did not take the trouble to ask for contact details but if you see this please accept my thanks.Kind regards.Ruairi

So sorry about your poor little cat. I would think the couple were animal lovers themselves, who realised that it is so much better to know what has happened than to spend days or weeks searching for a much-loved pet. Even in such sad circumstances, it is heartwarming to know there are still such kind people about, who would take the time and trouble to find the cat's family to tell them what has happened.
