As a resident of Hanwell for a little longer I ask if you remember, gang fights in Churchfields, wanton vandalism of virtually every bus shelter and park bench, gangs of skinheads roaming the streets, motorcycly gangs and, open racial abuse in Southall. It is actually better.There are problems but let's not use the actions of one sick individual to tarnish a whole area.
