Sad news abou The Inn on the Green

this was posted on their Facebook page:Hello all!Both myself and Trevor regret to say that due to the huge financial loss suffered during the last three months because of the licencing issues- we will be leaving the Inn On The Green on Monday- therefore our last day of trade will be Sunday 22nd October.A Big THANKS to all of you who have supported us during the last few months- we just want to say that we are really sorry that we cannot continue to run the pub that we have put our hearts in.It would be lovely to see you all during the week Fi and Trev xxi shall really miss them and will definitely pop in for  a swift half on Sunday.

Sad, I guess that The Viaduct and The Fox picked up their trade while they were closed.I wonder if anyone will want to take it over and try to make a go of it.
