Ealing council winter planning
Has Ealing council revealed its plans for winter yet (gritting etc)? I've seen some councils are being given extra grit this year or extra funding for more grit. Perhaps if they have extra grit they could do some pavements? I think the length of Horn Lane should be one of these roads that has pavements gritted as a priority.
