Interesting, having written an excellent recommendation earlier this week I feel it necessary to add something not quite so glowing. This company has one major fault, sadly. It is monumentally bad at communicating with me. Each times I've had my computer in for repair they have simply failed to call me when it's ready. And now, having, ordered a VERY EXPENSIVE system from them, Panos is not answering my emails asking when it will be ready - (it was ordered on 27th, promised for 'about a week' and it's now 7th October. In fact, looking back, I don't think Panos has ::ever:: answered an email of mine!I get the sense they simply expect you to contact them or call in which, for a small independent company, is a fairly big misunderstanding when you consider the way the competition is capable of performing in this respect. It comes over as arrogance, sadly. Of course, they don't know this but the reason I've not been able to chase them recently is because of a sudden, close bereavement.So, in all other senses they're great but they have gone down in my estimation in the past few days, sadly. What a shame.
