Try Adult Education Classes. Hammersmith have a course called Afternoon Fancies, another Baking and Finishing which may suit her - http://www.hfals.co.uk/course-information-368

There seem to be a couple on the Leith's site.I was given a River Cottage booklet that came with Telegraph this weekend and am still salivating over all those cakes. They are so much nicer home baked and you then get to enjoy the smell of them cooking as well. YummmInteresting to see courses on gluten-free cookery at both River Cottage and Leith's.I've been looking for Christmas presents. There are little how to cook videos on some of the websites if you are looking to just learn how to do something.

What sort of baking? Pastry, bread, cakes?Or do you mean cookery? There is a Thai Cookery School in Northfields Avenue, Angela Malik in Acton and Leith's in Stamford Brook. Now I'm hungry!
