Road safety?
I was driving south along Argyle Road at about 1533 on Friday following a little behind another car. A bus stopped just past Ruislip Road East and as the car in front pulled out to overtake a large group of children dressed in blue school uniforms ran out from in front of the bus to cross the road, forcing the car to stop suddenly. This was quite deliberate, and they were taunting the driver. The car managed to move on, then more children ran in front of my car. We were not driving fast, but if any children had been injured it could not have been described as an accident, although the motorist would of course be blamed. Do any teachers or parents care?
