van parking on pavements

Well done taking action over this van, but action needs to be taken over cars parking on or partly on pavements, and also take action on cyclists who cycle on pavements, not only on this road but every road in the borough

Do remember that some roads allow vehicles to park partly on the pavements.The signs displayed which permit this are on the following linkhttp://www.haringey.gov.uk/index/environment_and_transport/parking/parking_enforcement/pavement_parking.pngThere is no excuse for cycling on pavements unless on a marked cycle lane.
