Central Heating/Homecare recommendations please

We are currently with British Gas on their Homecare 400 plan but we are not happy with British Gas.We would like to have plan which covers Central Heating/Electrics & Plunbing and although there are various companies out there we have no idea which one to choose.Any ideas and comments would be most welcome. Thanks.

Nigel, thanks for your comments but the fact is we really do not wish to have anything more to do with British Gas after recent experience with them.In fact we have not been happy with them for some time and would prefer to find another company who do Homecare cover.

Like all insurances, they are expensive until you need them.Just a thought, why not check out which elements, if any, of your current British Gas agreement could be added to the home emergency option of your home insurance policy and then 'scale back' your costs with British Gas.
