Wow, is that true?

According to a report in the London Evening Standard 22nd June about speeches by David Cameron and the Secretary of State for Education Michael Gove, British education must catch up and compete with that in the rest of the world including the Far East, not levelling down from an already discredited exam system.

I think that this is a meanignless statement. Without the re-introduction of capital punishment, state religion with fixed ethics, and basic competency test for teachers and their assistants (eg class room assistants like those found at Berrymede Middle School in acton) there is no chance. No amount of money thrown at people without any respect for society or the English way of life will improve education standard in the UK.
