So it's not just me then.  I thought the survey was very loaded and would end up giving the Council the data they have already decided they want.

I filled out the consultation form, it was absolute BS, such leading questions!

This is true of consultation in ealing. whether the tram or day centres or libraries. we the public are just not to be trusted so make the decision then the pr tick box exercise called a consultation takes place with the results ignored. consultation generally leads to very little change on proposals. the decision is made well before except that it is not declared. before the day centre consultation the users already knew what the decision was. they had been informed by councillors of that fact. as shown in the comment by the group. the council will justofy the closure of your library by saying it is your fault as you did not care as much as other areas.
