Live music events in Ealing
Dear Ealing-itesWith an average age of just 34, Ealing is a youthful borough... so why the lack of decent places to go out and enjoy live music?Ealing council does a wonderful job of promoting the various festivals in Walpole park each summer, which include Jazz, Opera and World music, so there is obviously a market for live music lovers, but there are no pubs / restaurants / clubs which actually hold events year-round. Occasionally there is the odd folk band playing at a pub somewhere...but not a regular night where people can go and see up and coming bands and singers (or even well established ones) and meet friends, have a few drinks, a bite to eat...I am researching what the people of Ealing think about this and would very much value your opinion and help...If you know anywhere which you think would be a good venue, or know any good bands / singers who would be prepared to 'play for beer' whilst this gets trialled, or would just like to express your opinion on this matter, I would love to hear from you...You can also catch me on Twitter: @bryonyghk or post to my blog bryonyhamiltonkelly.comThank you for your timeBryony
