A great way to get the kids out for a walk!
my brother in law introduced me to geocache it's a fab idea for keeping young kids entertained while taking them out. The idea is to look for hidden 'treasure' in your area. We went out in acton yesterday with a 2 year old and a boisterous five year old and were out for an hour and a half. Great way to walk off your sunday lunch! Within this time we found four lots of hidden items and the kids loved it. I couldn't believe that 2 toddlers enjoyed a long walk in the fresh air and it kept them entertained. I would recommend you check it out. You can register and hide your own treasure in a secret place, the idea is for every item you take out you put one of your own items of treasure for the next person. www.geocache.com
