Thanks Mr Pickles.Odd how Richmond with its Vince Cable MP seems to be hit with less than 1%.But these figures need explaining generally. Let's hear from a Councillor who can shed light please.Or Annemarie you may be able to help.

It is amazing how appearance is all important to councils and how they have turned into giant's of the do little say plenty kind. With Ealing we still have the around ealing magazine at no doubt great cost and other spin merchants whilst the front line in supporting the vulnerable is slashed. The latest spin is the "personalisation of care" which the council leader spouts on about. Great in theory but when the council close down and sell they only place that can be used is in reality a Lie. also how many people will qualify for the budget and what will it provide. no wonder the vulnerable were protesting.

Definitely a gimmick, they have already made a number of cuts, with people demonstrating.
