Dogs off lead

Are there any Byelaws in Ealing which refer to walking a dog off lead on the pavement in a residential area?  There seems to be a conflict between dogs on lead and those off lead - they react differently to each other than when both are off lead.

Hi CharlesIt's something you could find out on Saturday at the Dog Information Day at Walpole Park (see front page)- it seems they are seeking views on new byelaws that could be introduced to the park too.Annemarie
