What will North Acton / Park Royal be like in 2026 MEETING 10TH NOVEMBER

Ealing development strategy sets out their vision for the future development of the borough. This is now being put forward for public consultation. They propose to:* make ealing a better place to live - Where are the proposals to improve our area?* To make Ealing one of the safest places to live - HOW?* To reduce health inadiqualities - HOW and WHERE are the improved local medical facilities????The development strategy will affect how, where and when the council propose to meet their targets for:HOUSING:1500 residential units: tower blocks at North Acton Station (SOUTHERN GATEWAY - Trentham Court has already been vastly reposessed with drug takiung squatters taking residence in empty flats! - Do we really want more of this???) I CAN PROVE THIS.500 residential units on the sites of the A40 Western Avenue green Corridor (bearing in mind that the pollution is so high here the windows for the proposed development are forbidden to overlook the A40 on health grounds DUE TO POLLUTION)LACK OF SCHOOL PLACES: this is at crisis point (proposal to build a new school in the West Acton area (where and when??? our schools are already at bursting point)EMPLOYMENTPotential net increase of 2000 office jobs (considering the current climate I don't think so)Continuing shift from manufacturing to distributiuon based employment.More cars and vans. Where will they park??? My road is already impossible to park in and there are only 8 houses in my street.WHERE IS THE INFASTRUCTUIRE TO SUPPORT THIS EXPANSION???* No new doctors or dentists* No community amenities - leisure facilities community centre etc.* No new green recreational space* No upgrade to North Acton tube station, just cosmetic improvement to station entrance* Air and noise pollution levels are cvery high (see front page). What measures are they taking to improcve our environment?WEST LONDON WASTE PLANE5out of ^ proposed sites for the West London Waste Plane are located in Park Royal. These are due to be discussed at Ealing Cabinet today. POTENTIONALLY our are could have a waste transfer station frrom energy waste plant facility.PLEASE COME TO THIS MEETING.... WE NEED THE SUPPORT OF RESIDENTS AS WE IMPROVE OUR QUALITY OF LIFE6.45 - 9PM WEDNESDAY 10TH NOVEMBERINCO EUROPE LTD, BASHLEY ROAD, PARK ROYAL, NW10 6SNWE DO NOT NEED MORE HOUSING IN THIS AREA WE ARE ALREADY OVERCROWDED. EALING COUNCIL KEEP TRYING TO OFFLOAD EXCESS HOUSING NEEDS ONTO THE ACTON AREA. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. KEEP THE GREEN CORRIDOR.
