Decoy cars cutting crime

It's an interesting article about how the police are tackling car crime.  But I am a bit worried about the ASBO against one particular character.  There is a comprehensive list of streets where this Jesse Williams is banned (including around my home).  But the streets are not in W5, they are W13.  So, does that render the ASBO invalid?

I think we have a mistaken case of W5 elitism here where that article writer believes that only the W5 postcode is Ealing. And yes, the delightful five roads which were part of the list are W13 and no worse for it. As the miscreant lived just the other side of Drayton Green Road, he obviously did not want to walk far to the scenes of crime
