Re funded as they are by our taxes via housing benefit for tenants. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx let's hope the current Coalition Govt. do get to grips with this and many other welfare abuses so beloved and encouraged by the previous lot. When you get older you may even have to sell your house and home so as continue the funding of these worthy tenants, the latest to hit the headlines being a bus driver from a well known sub-saharan country, who hasn't worked for 18 months ( how can a bus driver not work? )and who was accomodated with his large family at taxpayers' expense in a house valued at a mere £600,000 and who said the area in which it was located was not "good enough" and thus found another house valued I think at £1.2 million in a " better area " and for which we taxpayers are coughing up at the rate of £140,000 per annum. Not only utter madness but totally immoral, beggars belief. The country has gone bonkers and hitherto governed by the mentally deranged.
