I was at the '999 Family Fun Day' at 10:45am and there were no families there; no local residents there - except me; but there were plenty of PCSOs and some Police Officers there.I wonder what the overtime bill was for this law and order presence?Did any other local residents attend?Was it crowded in the afternoon?
