Miss Mack - dentist

I've just heard that Miss Mack passed away last month.  She had a practice in Ealing for many years that was previously her father's and I'm sure will be missed by all her many friends.

My mother and sister were both Miss Mack's patients several years ago.  Dr Julie Chang who, I believe, worked in the same Practice, 'took over' Miss Mack's patient list.  Our family is now with Dr Chang who has a dental practice in Boileau Parade, W5, and she is an excellent dentist, imho.

I know she was 65 when she retired, perhaps the NHS doesn't encourage dentists to work beyond that age.  I don't believe she retired through ill health because I'd seen her just before.

My husband was her patient. I wonder, did she retire because she knew time was short?

Couldn't agree more.  We missed her too, she was always cheerful and nothing was ever too much trouble for her.  I'm surprised more people don't remember her.

I was a patient of Miss Mack for a good number of years. a damn good dentist and I missed her when she retired-  Very sorry to know she has died after such a short time in retirement
