Sofa so good???  Advice please!

We have a "Knowle" style 2 seater sofa (the arms don't drop down like the old "Knowle" sofas).  Sadly it is just not looking it's best. More "shabby" than "chic" really.We love the sofa but wonder if it would be worth while trying to have it recovered, and 2 cushions would have to be replaced.Would it be too costly to have a sofa restored??Maybe we should just go out and look for a new one! New sofas just don't have the same appeal, at least nothing we have found to date.Any advice would be most welcome.Robert & Jean

You may find that the old sofa doesn't comply with the new fire regulations and it may prove very expensive.  If you want good quality Multi York are good.
