Thanks Viv for your recommendation of the Rasoi(in Hanwell W7) for a good Indian takeaway.  Last weekend, we tried them and the food was absolutely excellent.A couple of neighbours of ours suggested them as well, so we decided to have a go. Our neighbours also suggested that it would be a good idea for us to invite a few other neighbours and local friends and to all meet on Sunday evening at our house for a combined take-away curry eat-in! This was a great idea so we did just that. I contacted Rasoi’s and they were delighted to take an order for 26 people – invited neighbours brought wine and Indian beers and some prepared a mountain of rice and a large bowl of fresh fruit salad. The excellent Mr Prash who took our order also gave £1 discount off each main course ordered(he does this for first-time customers), which was 24 mains including umpteen Murgh Jaisalmas(chicken), Gosht Madurais(lamb), Madras Fish Curries and a host of veggie dishes. He threw in umpteen complimentary nans and an enormous tower of pappadoms and chutneys. Mr Prash delivered himself in a well insulated large box, exactly on time and came into our kitchen and handed over each pipeing hot dish. The evening cost only a tenner each!Fay Mashler(no less) highly recommends Rasoi’s and all our guests at our ruby eat-in do so as well!Oh BTW,  for those cynics in our midst, I have no connection whatsoever with Rasoi’s and I daresay neither do you Viv. Thanks again for your excellent recommendation.PS: Rasoi's website is worth visitin: www,indianrasoi.co.uk;-)
