Easter Eggs!!!

Would you Adam and Eve it! No sooner has Tesco Hoover building cleared its shelves of Christmas ware, they replace with their line of Easter Eggs!! First week of January!!! No wonder the months and years seem to fly by. I might as well keep the xmas decorations up.

Philippa, I agree with you about Hot Cross buns being sold all year round. That's a particular bugbear of mine. Why can't they just sell currant buns?

And a lot of it is just packaging!  Reindeer seem to turn into rabbits  and oranges and snowballs and eggs are probably interchangeable as well!  Hot cross buns all the year round irritate me more though.  It is a supermarket ploy to get us to buy things we consider special all the year round. Unfortunately they then lose their significance.
