Hardly flattering

It would appear that Deirdre Costigan's accelerating political career has come to a grinding halt under Andy Burnham.She has been expunged from the whips office and Private Eye's assessment is that she "used to sit on the front bench like a bag lady on the bus, twitching and muttering to herself".

Unfortunately she's still a sitting MP.It has been proven time and again that ANY imbecile can be an MP if they're "faithful", so they get propelled by their Party.Intelligence, competence, integrity, etc don't come into it, just Blind Allegiance.This needs to be addressed, we need strong, independent, intelligent thinkers with experience as MPs, not Party Faithfuls, who are invariably useless.Just look at the current Liebore Lot ru(i)nning the country.....they're laughable.
