Blimey, yes, VERY Well Done - Congrats! 👍My experiences with The Planning Inspectorate is that the PI is quite perverse and seem to HATE LBE, very often with a "Grant" on Appeals.The several cases I know of LBE had made the right decision and had a very, VERY strong case for "Deny", with the PI inexplicably overturning on Appeal.The problem seems to be with the Planning Laws, you can "interpret" them as you wish to achieve your desired outcome?And The Planning Inspectorate's "interpretation" is final, even when it's laughingly wrong.
