The Destruction of Culmington Road

It's been coming for a while but well under way now and I've not seen it mentioned anywhere?The answer to a slowing economy and this so called Climate "Emergency" is obviously to make getting around harder for the majority.From what I can see preparation is well under way to make the junctions at Churchfield Rd, Elers Road and Lammas Park Gardens one way? Also some nice big pavements to be clogged up with Lime Bikes.If those junctions aren't going to be One Way then they look mighty skinny to me and accidents waiting to happen.I do wonder if the lads doing the work -- who look ever so qualified -- will take the time and attention to not block gullies or drainage runs when doing the work. This of course being one of the sources of "local flooding" (do me a favour) when the table top speed ramps were put in years ago.... the other source being poor sewer maintainence.Should all be finished in time for Christmas - no doubt some cameras to add and some weird rules leading to lots of PCN's

They're Liebore, they know f€kuall about anything, except how to milk the system for themselves and impose Communism on everyone else.We have a lovely Council.

It will be hundreds of thousands of pounds.It’s done because people like Dismal Driscoll have to justify the £57,000 they each pocket for being cabinet members. They duck any questioning of what they do and pass blame on as quickly as possible. Driscoll is also the ‘brains’ behind the huge destruction of Lammas Park.They will be round canvassing for the next few months although they avoid any homes where they know people dislike their policies. But if you see them, do say hello.

What the hell is a play route ? How much is this costing when the everyday jobs like sweeping leaves are totally neglected making pavements so dangerous. What is it about these councillors they can't leave anything alone that is working? Wasting our hard earned money.

They are not closing any of the roads, but are narrowing them to slow down traffic. Replacing the island with a zebra crossing and installing a ‘play route’ by the corner of Lammas Park Gardens. They have not even checked with emergency services that safe and fast access remains from Uxbridge road to Southern Ealing or indeed to streets around Lammas park Enclosure.

To be fair, sounds to me like you're describing the majority of Ealing Council Liebore F€ukwit$ who style themselves “Ward Councillor” with great self-importance.And to be even fairer, there are one or more who actually DO the day job and possess honesty, integrity and trustworthiness.But Ealing Council Liebore is making sure to get rid of those troublemakers because they don't fit the requisite mould!  😂
