TfL consulting on a new SL13 route and lowering the frequency of the E7

Due to the fact that the 112 is always crammed between Ealing Broadway and Brent Cross my other comment is that the frequency of the SL13 should be raised to 8 minutes. The E7 is the only bus route between the White Hart Roundabout and Ruislip Station, a distance of 3.2 miles. I have suggested that the service levels remain at 12 minutes.

The 297 goes a totally different route.If the buses central point was Greenford, would help no end of people. Could go one way to Northolt & Ruislip etc, other to Ealing.E2 & E9 hold hands at all times, seen them along Pitshanger before 6. Totally unnecessary

Greenford Broadway is the point where there is a driver change on the E7. The really big impact change for the E7 drivers is that there is no provision for toilets at either end of the route. The E9 often runs late due to the heavy traffic on Ruislip Road West and through Greenford Broadway. It is why the E9 and E2 do bunch up going through Pitshangar Lane. To reverse this the E9 frequently terminates at Scotch Common to attempt to restore some kind of frequency to Yeading, as the E2, 297 or E10 can cover the rest of the route.

Anyone who uses the E2 & E9 routes is familiar with the two routes ''piggybacking'' at most times of the day. Then there's a longer wait for the next E2. Well done tfl

I wouldn’t say the analysis holds TfL in particularly good light.For a start why has Haven Green been turned into a massive bus park, only over the last couple of years.They (TfL) are robbing Peter to pay Paul. An improvement on 1 route but detrimental to the E7.Seems they over complicate things, buses jumping stops & a frequent issue with the E7, stopping for ages in Greenford BDWY to “even out service” - completely unnecessary.So many, too many buses. Good old days with a few midi buses, regular even service & better for the roads

"Consulting"ie. Often engineering a biased questionnaire with loaded questions so as to provide a pre-approved and predetermined result.And if the actual result is upsetting and doesn't fit with what is considered the required "right" result.Ignore the "Consultation" and plough on regardless with what was always intended anyway.HOW many times have we seen, experienced and exposed these "Consultation" farces not to be sceptical?
