The Sub Standard has become a joke

Given its demise as a free sheet, the online website leaves a lot to be desired. After Crystal Palace's FA Cup win, the site didn't carry any news/pictures of the victory parade in SE London. Hardly surprising as it's football coverage includes both Liverpool and Man Utd, both not exactly near London I'd suggest!Their coverage of the fare dodging expose by Mr Jenrick was also nowhere near the front of their offering given it's relevance to many of this sites readers. His obviously planned tell and shame of tfl's failure to stop what is a crime deserved better and tfl's comments that he should have told them and asked for permission so they could attempt a cover up needs relaying to more of London.

White commit most crimes because they are the biggest ethnic group in the country, but per capita they commit fewer crimes than average (as do Asians). I note, Mr Owen and Mr James, that neither of you read the papers much.Because, if you did, you'd clock that every time there is a photo of the perpetrator of certain crimes there is invariably a common denominator.Same as there is a common denominator with beds in sheds/illegal extensions/illegal conversions etc at Council Planning level.None so blind as those who will not see.Or refuse to engage in acknowledgment, let alone any  discussion, preferring to disengage their faculties and suspend their common sense.But let's all ignore the blatantly obvious shall we and doggedly pursue our warped and fast failing ideology.      😉

If whites commit the most crime then why are they not the biggest proportion of people in prison? Why is it that ethnic minority men are more likely to be arrested, plead not guilty and still be sent to prison (on remand) by the Crown Court? And on it goes...Why is it that ethnic minority men are more likely to receive a longer sentence than white men, more likely to be remanded in custody and more likely to be acquitted when the case eventually gets to trial (a wait of up to 2 years in the modern times)?And on it goes........... In fact, if our prison population reflected the ethnic makeup of England & Wales there would be equivalent of 9,000 fewer prisoners (roughly the size of 12 average-sized prisons). Justice, my foot!

The reason whites commit most crime is because most people in the UK are white. According to the 2021 Census, the total population of England and Wales was 59.6 million, and 81.7% of the population was white, people from Asian ethnic groups made up the second largest percentage of the population (9.3%), followed by black (4.0%), mixed (2.9%) and other (2.1%) ethnic groups.So putting the figures side by side:White: 81.7% of population (78% of crime)Asian:  9.3% of population (8% of crime)Black: 4% of population (8% of crime)Other: 5% of population (6% of crime).It should be noted that sex and age are bigger factors in crime rates (men between 15 and 35 years old are disproportionally responsible for crime). It’s also the case that fatherless boys are much more likely to be involved in crime and absent fathers is a particular problem among Afro Caribbeans (as politically incorrect as it is to say this).

These stats are from the BRITISH crime Survey (or the England and Wales crime survey if you prefer), stats produced using a a globally respected metholodology.Where are your "stats" from? 4chan?

I had the ''pleasure'' of coming back to Ealing Broadway on a Central line train this afternoon. There was a young woman talking to a hairdressers about a wig she was having problems with, take my word for the fact that she didn't need a mobile phone as they surely could have heard her miles away without one! There was also a joker on a mobile that shared his conversation with the carriage as he obviously hadn't heard of headphones. All of this helped to take away the sight of a carriage that had been covered internally with broad, colourful marker pens. It may have been a stunt by Jenrick but he hit so many home truths that we have allowed to be commonplace without any intervention!

It is losing almost a million pounds a month and is only kept alive as a vanity project by its owner Eugene Lebvedev.Reporters, as we would term them, have gone to be replaced by apprentice staffers on short term contracts, freelancers and vanity posters who simply want to see their name in print. It is however really really good for lining the Ealing food waste boxes
