That’s all well & good, not particularly helpful.If it’s anything like usual, just say delayed, cancelled , due.Won’t give a reason or explanation as to where train is

I see that the hapless Mayor is busy lining up excuses for missing house building targets ranging from Brexit, through "high interest rates" (really) to high materials prices.You really couldn't make up his level of incompetence.
