Apologies but I don't know exactly when this occurred but I believe it is very recent.
A guy crashes a car and runs away

Bloody right.Anyway, can’t be a cyclist as it’s got registration plate, insurance & tax (however you will stamp & scream it’s not!)Cameras  following it, & biggest sin of all. Parked  on the pavement.Bring back hanging

Probably stolen or ‘borrowed from a mate’. Chances are he doesn’t have a valid licence or insurance, hence running away. If it’s his car then they will trace hi easily. No excuse for what he’s done.
