I can get into (old) Chiswick though it tells me that there's an error at the bottom.

Could Ealing Democratic Services, on behalf of Labour run Ealing Council, have had a hand in getting ActonW3.com down? Although, I must say that the discussion/community forum had been "quiet" for a fair few days before it went down.
