"More or Less" Radio 4 confirms invalid data driving LTNs More?

We are now clear that the data that backed up the Low Traffic Neighbourhoods is now flawed. Money returned? No. Not Sorry No. Around Ealing published the flawed data? No. Anything learned by the process? No. Will transport for London have to find an enormous wage bill after Industrial action? Yes. Can it afford another go at West Ealing? Well somehow yes. That is a pity because this fund-backed team seem to know less about what they are doing than the lack-lustre team in Perceval Castle. Yes like a Norman Keep you couldn't get in. They don't speak your language but they mess up where you live. The Leader talks about ENGAGEMENT but this lot don't have it in their dictionary. Like a heavy frost just makes you want to stay inside.
