Renewing Residen't Parking permit

Does anyone know how this works. I thought that there should be a red renew button in my account online, but there is no red button.I am waiting for a callback from Town Hall, but thought someone might know. Thanks in advance

Renewed mine online after rreceiving a reminder email. No problem done in under 10 minutes.

It turns out that, when you have a blue badge, you can't do it online, and have to complete the application again.
