All comes down to overpopulation which is becoming unsustainable within the geographical limitations and overdensification which is also socially and physically unsustainable with out detriment to quality of life for most ordinary people.Has to be new towns but not the dire concrete and largely brutalist depressing designs of several.

Well, if they default in their £400m loan those allowance increases they pushed through straight after the election will look pretty silly.

One potential issue for the council is the huge loan taken out for Broadway Living. Not only are interest rates set to rise but the value of the landbank has fallen significantly if the development timetable has been put back.

It’s now in the Mail Online this morning. Mentions Ealing & Hounslow specifically. Let’s hope the Kenmure Mansions and 1 Pitshanger Lane proposals amongst others bite the dust. Can’t see developers waiting until 2035. We have already had our water pressure reduced twice to cope with the increased local population. My local group, the PCA, had already told the council the infrastructure would not be able to cope.

Ealing Residents have been regularly warning for nearly two decades about the strain that all these Towers will place on Utilities and Local Amenities & Facilities.It's just plain common sense staring you in the face.But LBE and its army of Professional Town Planners just ignored, they don't care and they don't listen - they always know better..........
