In other words, the critical mass point has been reached with regards council tax benefit recipients voting local Labour, irrespective of whether individuals' benefits might/will remain should another administration be voted in. In short, 'Why rock the boat when I'm doing very nicely, thank you.'What other reason could there possibly be for anybody to keep voting the 'Labour' rabble back into Ealing town hall?
