Digital UK Passport Photos, where in Ealing/Acton?

This gets asked every now & then and is due a helpful update by you good peeps.The Oaks in Acton would be ideal for a booth, think I'll suggest it.Meanwhile, Snappy Snaps are extracting the urine at £13 (for 6 pics.)I thank you.     😁

The Morrisons Acton Photo-Me booth is £8 for four prints AND a code for digital upload.The digital code is only valid for 30 days after which it is deleted.Very professional looking pics and very easy to use.Many/most other providers charge more and you only get either four prints OR a digital upload, paying extra if you want both.

Snappy Snaps in Ealing were excellent. They get them approved by the passport office and send it to them. You get a code to apply to your application. You can have four copies of the photograph. So easy and saves the hassle.

I don't know about passport portraits but I do recall that some of his macro photography was rather good.

I used Snappy Snaps in Uxbridge. The digital photo was immediately accepted and I had my new (renewed) passport in less than 3 weeks. I consider the money well spent.

Yes Digital Picture and Print, next to Hook and Cleaver in Soth Ealing road.Just been in there at lunchtime for a picture frame as a gift.Lovely staff, always very helpful.

I got mine done by snappy snaps in Ealing, £11.50 for a digital code version, links to gov passport application directly, no photos needed. As a result got my passport in less than three weeks. If done by a registered digital code vendor, photo is never rejected. In the code link email, you get the digital image too. If you have a digital link version and need to renew your driving licence, it will use you this passport photo too, linking to the passport web system.No fiddly photos, or posting forms (except your old passport-do immediately).

Exactly - my experience when I recently applied to renew. No issues at all if you follow the clear examples on the application site.

Theres more required than that. The resolution,head angle, light and expression are all required to be correct.I had mine refused when renewing it last time. A perfectly good image, all because more of my left ear was marginally more visible than the right. The replacement was/is awful and a far less representative image of me.Taken in a machine at the Passport Office. But was immediately accepted.Have found since the shop in South Ealing Road to be excellent and fully up to speed with the rules and regulations of several passport and permit requirements.

You can take one on your phone for nothing. Just make sure you have a white background and don’t wear a hat.
