The £150 Council Tax rebate

I have heard or received nothing yet. There is a form online to complete but it does not accept what are the correct references for my flat.I've tried calling but the phone lines are not accepting calls.It's a shambles/

I finally managed to speak to someone today. The problem is that for anyone applying on the council website, the property identification number given is missing 3 zeros on the front, and a 3 on the end. If anyone has the problem I did that info may help them
