Ealing Council workers very busy on social media

Well, glad the #percevalhouse #ealingcouncil shirkers are keeping busy!! You are of course correct, I 'misremembered' if such a word exists.It's easier to do that the older I get.How prophetic and pathetic were Steel's words.I do remember Neil Kinnock once exuding a sense of victory on election night,Labour being streets ahead in polls at the time but all this is that sometimes  pride comes before a fall.

Sorry Keith, but that line was from David Steel in 1982, at the Liberal Party conference. I wasn’t old enough to vote at the time but I remember it clearly and thought it seemed a bit optimistic. Which it was.

tbh Ms Carter, Mr Brooks makes a V good point, your postings thus far don't exactly inspire and you do need to up your game if you want Votes.The Votes are there and going begging, people are desperate for an alternative to the current crock, you and your party have approximately 28 days by my reckoning.............

Have to agree, IF you get through on the phones, the person you want is invariably "On leave", "On a course", "Off ill", or (when they attended the office) "Not at their desk."Nearly always.Shambles.......... but no-ne will ever be reprimanded, let alone fired. VERY cushy number working at LBE under Labour control, where the contempt for Residents seems actually condoned?!

Why then was the need to mention where he works?As to my gripe- it has been a nightmare getting anything from the non council in the past few weeks and before - phones and no one there and incompetence.

If you factor in the getting to the airport, hanging around and general faffing about then train travel is a far nicer way to travel to Western Europe especially as you no longer need to use the horrible Gare du Nord as a hub to interchange.

Yes and the network is expandingI travel to Germany on a regular basis via Eurostar and Deutsche Bahn and it sure beats flying for comfort and ease of reaching city centres.

I really wouldn't waste your money on printing unless there is some semblance of truth to any of your claims. As to a year old story about a, now former, Ealing employee takin time to travel by train, his own time BTW, what capital do you think posting this gains you. If you don't know, ask for your deposit back madam.

This is so purile that it's playing straight into the hands of the very administration that needs to be given a hard time at the ballot box.There are plenty of serious issues and controversial issues in the public domain with substantiation or cause for explanation.There is also the question of what would you do to put matters right?Please UKIP candidate. Put up serious substantiation or do the same as other candidates with no answers and shut up.
