Did you know that Perceval House has been closed for TWO years?

Thats where the real problem lies.  Unless you are online and  have the very latest software and devices, contacting the Council is almost impossible.If it were a tiny one person business run from home they would be bust if they ran their business like this. They would ostracise  far to many potential customers to make the business unviable.But local authorities not just this one have huge budgets and end up with third rate systems.And no-one is ever answerable for such rubbish decisions or tendering processes.

Yes it is partly open but only by appointment and to comply with covid rules. Cover is rife locally so some public places have increased H&S.

That remains untrue. I frequently walk from Gordon Road to Uxbridge Road / New Broadway along Longfield Avenue and have seen staff members coming and going regularly.

It was indeed Perceval House.  Only security guards.

That is untrue.  There were people in there last Monday - members of the public and council staff. Are you getting confused between Perceval House and the Town Hall, which has mainly been closed since the beginning of lockdown, apart from as the main vaccination centre for the borough?
