Freedom of Information Refused by Ealing

I have strong reason to feel that the courts are partisan and are assisting Ealing Council in getting their way in court cases . ( at least with pricate individuals ) so i asked Ealing if they could provide me with some simple data FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUESTThank you for your Freedom of Information request received by the Council on 13th December 2021.Your request:• What percentage of court cases Ealing win and lose and where these court cases areheld?• The names of the deputy district judges and judges who hear your cases• I would also like to know how many court cases you instigate and how many courtcases are instigated against you.Your request has been assessed and the following information is provided in response:This information is not recorded. It would take longer than 18 hours to answer this request, due to theneed to peruse hundreds of files from many different council departments. Note that it is not just thelegal team that deal with legal proceedings brought against the council; many departments (eg.Insurance, housing, planning) deal with many cases independently. Some non-legal teams also onoccasion bring proceedings on behalf of the council.the reason for my request was to see if Ealing was given special treatment and if certain judges were given the cases related to the borough it seems a reasonable FOI request to me because my own experience suggests networking between Ealing Council and the judges who fail to act with impartiality and have ethnic and political links with the Councils senior leadership

the request was designed to see if there is evidence of favouritism , i will repeat my request to the court service , we live in an era of data overload , winning and losing court cases is not obscure data , we have stats for every aspect of a random football game ? stats are used to measure performance and in this case justice , if Ealing as i suspect are winning the vast majorityb of their court cases then it might indicate that the justice system is flawed in fact i had been warned that it was actually IMPOSSIBLE to beat the system as the game is rigged and the table tilted , the legal system is not and hs never been about justice but merely serves as a construct to protect the status quo Unfortunately Ealing is a borough over run by new arrivals who will automatically vote Labour without checking their abysmal track record . having said that a vote Conservative would also be a wasted vote, my local councillor Anthony Young is about as much use as a cat flap in an Elephant housei have also found the level of comment on this site poor , far too many of you happy with the status quo and the same tired, lame politicians who come up with expensive and harmful gimmicks like LTN  the bins do get emptied and the streets cleared of leaves though , its really an enormous pity that you did not accept my suggestion as to the best way to proceed with the court hearing , my suggestion was the logical one , personally i do not accept that rempote hearings can deliver justice and I repeat that all the parties were linked by memebership of political links to a certain Middle Eastern country that one is not allowed to name
