Brentford County Court is a disgrace

i have sent 3 emails to Brentford County court using 3 different emails and using 2 different email accountsbrentfordcountycourt@justice.gov.ukenquiries@brentford.countycourt.gsi.gov.ukbrentfordcountycourt@hmcts.gsi.gov.ukall 6 emails have been bounced back as undelivered , could somebody else try them to see if they also get bounced on top of that its impossible to get through on the phone , one phone has message that its not been possible to connect that number and the other rings and rings until it auto hangs upthe so called pandemic has destroyed what little infrastructure was left and how the hell can can Communist Ealing Council be awarded  £1600 in the SMALL CLAIMS COURT

I have been having dealing with this court since Aug 2019.  You will never receive a reply by email.  I have to drive regularlyFrom Acton to the court to hand deliver a letter, begging them to answer!  It's shameful.  My case is pretty straightforward.  It's just the justice system being too slow.

very nice of you to take the trouble to confirm my experience, this problem has been going on for months , the legal system in general and Brentford court in particular is a travesty

You may be interested to know that they all bounced for me too via Plusnet. I tried all three; the enquiries one couldn't even be sent and the other two generated rejection messages.And all legitimate addresses.Although I maybe should add that there was apparently a problem with Plusnet email last week. michael adams...
