My area Acton Hill has been flooded umpteen times  this summer. Went and unclogged two drains by my house else my car would have been parked in a river.

In my area of Ealing, most of the road kerb drain gulleys are internally blocked solid with last year's autumn leaves.  Looks as though Ealing Council is no longer doing any gulley clearing. Wait for the flooded roads, and worse . . . .

And it all matters not a jot to The Labour Clowns Running LBE.Basic Services are very low priority, playing petty politics and point scoring is FAR more important ........

Twyford Crescent Gardens on Acton Hill are in a terrible state.  I was trying to locate my dog's poo in the long , long grass and fell down a fox hole damaging my wrist . I was finding it difficult,  at 89 years of age,  to get up with just one wrist for support. A passerby  kindly came to my assistance.  Also the once beautiful flower beds have not been attended to and everything is choked by bind weed . Dead flowers were removed but not replaced. Sadly several mature trees are covered in ivy and half of two trees have died as the parasitic ivy has devoured their sap. On two occasions I have taken my garden shears over there and chopped back as much as my strength would allow.  I think that I need a refund on my band D council tax bill .

Lammas Park is full of Ticks, fleas . biting insects and even Horseflies.The last place to take child or a pet.There is broken glass, detritus, faeces and stinging and thorny vegetation in areas that are not heathland or wilderness. There are now invasive weeds which destroy other plants and cause root growth damage.Officials like their LTN obsessed counterparts refuse to take the Public Health aspects seriously. In fact they are completely evading any correspondence on a raft of health and safety issues. To go to wild places you dress accordingly and take precautions.You should not have to do any of those in a local public park, designed by the visionary Victorians  as safe healthy places for as wide a range of public as possible.This stupid idea restricts parks to far too many.Country Parks exist for that experience.
