20-metre high 5G Tower at Gunnersbury Park

Are people aware of Ealing Planning Application no. 213916PNT for a 20-metre-high 5G Tower to be erected at the Popes Lane/Lionel Road entrance to Gunnersbury Park? It does not appear to have been widely publicized (what a surprise!). I've only just heard of it through a neighbour and the closing date for objections is 1st July. So, unless you're happy to have a monstrous eyesore, twice as high as the houses, visible to the whole neighbourhood, with the attendant health and nature concerns over 5G, at the entrance to a Grade II Listed Park, register your objection quickly at:tinyurl.com/44vn6wyn

people have ethernet fibre optics , 4g is very suitable for tethering, you are correct to worry about 5G its not designed for the stated purpose but is in fact a weaponised Active Denial system , we need LESS radiation not more , Perivale also has 3 masts

Sir David Bowler will probably offer to support the 5G mast if it is put on the park property and a suitable lease is paid for its presence. I cannot see him objecting to it if there's money coming in for more vanity-published literature.Perhaps now would be the time to build new offices for the CIC team running the park - UNDER the tower!

That maybe true but it has nothing to do with the mast application which presumably the CIC will be objecting to.

Sadly it's an elite gravy train which seems to be made up of people from the upper echelons of the public sector and propped up by LBH and LBE.Extremely closed and a gleaming example of Cronyism at Large.

According to Companies House, the CIC had a wages bill just shy of £800,000 in 2020 – a 40% increase on the previous year.I believe their “CEO” is called David Bowler.Does anybody know how much we are paying him? I can find no public record of this information, which is odd.

Quite where all the Money goes at Gunnersbury ought to be looked at.Place has had more money in 5 years than in the last 60.Salaries of the executives are way too high and yet it's income projections are rather low.Disproportionate distribution of income.

No money for the CIC as, if you look at the planning application, the monopole is sited on the street outside the curtilege of the park.

For the Gunnersbury Park CIC it is an additional income stream, they need the revenue.
