I'm sorry but I don't buy that. Talking to the one postman who delivered our mail this week (and left it to the residents to re-deliver to the correct places), it is chaotic with what seems to be poor management of a tricky situations. You may not have noticed, Phillipa, that the pandemic figures have drastically improved and the service we are receiving from Northolt Sorting Office is worse than at any stage in the last year. There is, of course, no easy way to complain to Royal Mail or, heaven forfend, any way to talk to anybody.
